Exotic Automotive Technologies Return Policy: We accept returns on all our items unless specified otherwise. Items may be returned for replacement if the item was wrong or defective. If the item was damaged during shipment, the shipping company will be responsible for this and we will assist you in getting a refund from them. On specialty items such as dash kits, fabrications, and vehicle sensitive items - it is very important that you check that the item specifications meet your vehicle needs and specifications. If the error in item purchase was caused by this - we will do our best to replace it ASAP with the right pieces.All items returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of miss-shipped items. In that case a replacement will be issued unless there is no replacement available.Many of our items carry a manufacturer's warranty and we will assist in getting repairs done as well. If you need to return something to get repaired or replaced, please email us at support@exoticautotech.com and request a RMA# so that we can expedite this process. If item is damaged due to negligence, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please let us know up front exactly what is wrong with the product to avoid any problems or delays.Ebay customers....
